1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and visiting Shanvi Boutique in Lucknow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Custom Orders and Bespoke Tailoring

• All custom design orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable advance payment before the commencement of fabric sourcing or embroidery work.
• Because bespoke items are created to your specific measurements and design approvals, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• While we strive for perfect fitting, slight variations may occur. We offer up to two rounds of complimentary alterations within 14 days of the final trial.

3. Old Saree Transformation Services

Our signature Saree Transformation service involves working with heirloom and vintage fabrics provided by the client. By opting for this service, you acknowledge that:

• Vintage fabrics may be fragile. While our artisans handle them with the utmost care, Shanvi Boutique cannot be held liable for tears, color bleeding, or fabric disintegration that occurs due to the age or existing condition of the material during the tailoring process.
• Leftover fabric scraps from the transformation will only be returned if explicitly requested during the initial consultation.

4. Appointments and Consultations

Bridal and custom design consultations require dedicated time from our head designer. We request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone call.

5. Intellectual Property

The original designs, embroidery patterns, and completed garments created by Shanvi Boutique remain the intellectual property of the brand. We reserve the right to photograph completed garments for our portfolio, website, and social media channels. We will never share your personal identity alongside these images without your explicit consent.

6. Modifications to Terms

Shanvi Boutique may revise these terms of service for its website and boutique operations at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
